Mission: The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that incorporate AI-driven tools and insights to optimize customer engagement, brand messaging, and marketing effectiveness. While this role does not require deep expertise in AI, it will involve working closely with internal teams to implement AI-enhanced marketing initiatives and communicating the value of these innovations to our audiences. You will work alongside our product, creative, and digital marketing teams to leverage AI-powered solutions and help communicate their impact on both our business and the industry. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with internal teams to implement AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, personalized marketing campaigns, predictive analytics) in our marketing communications. + Develop and execute marketing communication strategies that highlight the role of AI in enhancing our SaaS solutions for contractors and partners. + Craft engaging, AI-enhanced content across multiple platforms (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media) that resonates with our target audiences. + Translate AI-related data and insights into clear, impactful messaging that showcases our innovative approaches to solving customer problems. + Monitor AI-driven marketing performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and lead generation. + Partner with external agencies or vendors when needed to implement AI tools and technologies that enhance our communication efforts. + Ensure our team and partners are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to effectively communicate AI-driven innovations. + Stay up-to-date with AI trends and tools relevant to marketing, ensuring our communications are on the cutting edge of industry developments. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. + 2-5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with an emphasis on incorporating new technologies or tools to enhance marketing outcomes. + Strong understanding of how AI-driven tools can be applied in marketing (e.g., automation, personalization, analytics), even if not an AI expert. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content. + Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing content strategies across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels. + Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve communications strategies and performance. + Familiarity with SaaS or construction industries is a plus.   Ownership.
