Marketing Communications Manager - Remote
Work Flexibility: Remote

Essential duties & responsibilities:

Able to interpret competitive analysis and/or industry information and incorporate into communications strategy for the business.Develops highly differentiated messaging.Articulates the value proposition to all customer segments and tailors messaging to align with current and future customer needs.Monitors and measures messaging effectiveness and pivots as needed to drive customer engagement.Authors key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc.Applies the marketing framework to lead the development and execution of the Commercialization Plan (product launches) and the Annual Marketing Plan.Delivers formal and informal stand-up presentations or demos to audiences of all kinds.Develops presentation objectives and organizes key topics, speaking points, materials, and flow.Counsel senior leaders on high-impact opportunities to further business goals.Shape messaging and other content for senior leaders in internal and external activities such as speaking engagements, customer meetings, etc.

What You Will Need

8+ years of work experience requiredExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferredExperience in Hootsuite, Adobe platforms (Experience Manager, Analytics, Creative Suite), Marketo preferredExperience in executive leadership communicationsExperience working in an R&D or start-up environmentStrong medical technology acumen

$100,500 - $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 30%
