Marketing Channel Lead (CPT)
ENVIRONMENT: A leading Academic Service Provider seeks to fill the dynamic role of a Marketing Channel Lead who will implement channel marketing strategies to achieve business objectives while measuring & optimizing marketing ROI across various channels. You will also define and communicate go-to-market frameworks, coordinate and manage events & product launches while collaborating with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns and promotional projects across various channels. You will require a suitable Marketing/Commercial Degree with 5 years of work experience in Marketing or Brand Management, with B2B and channel experience preferred & proficiency in Google Suite, Monday.com, Project Management platforms, and CMS tools.   DUTIES: Marketing Strategy Execution: Implement channel marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. ROI Management: Measure and optimize marketing ROI across various channels. Demand Generation & Sales Support: Drive demand generation through channel marketing and support sales teams in reaching revenue targets. Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, and conferences. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with channel marketing initiatives. Customer Relationship Management: Oversee CRM activities to nurture customer relationships and boost engagement.   Role Outputs: Strategy & Market Awareness: Develop and implement channel strategies for target markets, ensuring customer awareness and maximizing ROI. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed. Go-to-Market Alignment: Define and communicate go-to-market frameworks to align sales, marketing, and product development with business objectives. Project Management: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns and promotional projects across various channels. Event & Product Launch Management: Coordinate and manage events, product launches, and conferences, defining success metrics and executing effective promotional strategies. Branding & Marketing Collateral: Implement branding direction, positioning, and marketing material procurement. Review and distribute collateral. CRM & E-commerce Management: Manage CRM systems and e-commerce platforms, focusing on product descriptions and reviews to optimize ROI. Email & Database Management: Coordinate email campaigns, manage emailer databases, and update product meta-data for retailer distribution. Digital Content Management: Work with the Digital Lead to develop content for digital platforms, including copywriting for social media, websites, and email campaigns. UX/UI & Web Strategy: Collaborate with team to implement UX/UI strategies to enhance user experience across digital platforms. ROI Measurement & Analysis: Measure and optimize ROI across all marketing channels, including events, emailers, webinars, and podcasts.     REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications – Relevant Degree (e.g., Commercial or Marketing Degree)   Experience/Skills – At least 5 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management, with B2B and channel experience preferred. Proven expertise across the marketing mix. Successful track record in a similar or related role. Proficient in Google Suite, Monday.com, Project Management platforms, and CMS tools. Strategic & Market Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with attention to detail. Integrated Marketing: Understand integrated marketing and create compelling value propositions.
