Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Manager, the Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and executing demand generation campaigns to support product launches, events and business priorities to drive growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing campaign results. This is an amazing opportunity to build a career in marketing at OTT HydroMet and will be a hybrid role located in Loveland, CO, USA.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and environmental sustainability.
Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role, with a focus on B2B marketing.
Strong understanding of environmental verticals and sustainability practices.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the environmental sector or a related industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Certification in project management or marketing.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $95000 - $120000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
