Marketing Business Partner (Cybersecurity & Business Solutions)
CTG is seeking a Marketing Business Partner. This position will be responsible for creating omni-channel marketing campaigns, communications, and initiatives that support increased company revenue through brand promotion and lead generation in support of U.S. practice growth targets. This role serves as the Marketing Business Partner for CTG’s Cybersecurity and Business Solutions U.S. business lines and works in very close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and business line Leadership members toward achievement of their business line and other overall organization’s growth objectives. **Responsibilities** + Define, write/edit, execute, and manage marketing campaigns related to CTG offerings and designed to drive lead generation, practice growth, and company brand promotion; orchestrate these campaigns in close coordination with sales and delivery teams, marketing team members, and external agencies (when appropriate) to ensure alignment with CTG messaging. + Coordinate and collaborate with internal marketing team members, vendors/contractors (as required), and graphic designers to design and implement marketing communications designed to drive demand and lead generation, growth, and continued brand promotion of CTG’s U.S. offerings. + Collaborate with the global and local marketing, sales, and business line sales leadership to ensure that all sales-enablement materials remain up-to-date and relevant. + Ensure that all materials are centralized, easily accessible, and available on the CTG Sales Hub and all other internal SharePoint site(s), propagating alignment to the CTG message. + Coordinate the collection and distribution of market research to ensure ongoing understanding of target audiences and messaging effectiveness and monitor market and solution space evolution trends and drivers. + All other responsibilities as defined. **Duties** + **Marketing Business Partner:** Serve as the business lines’ business partner for all Marketing activities; providing overall program management, reporting, and coordination across functional areas on behalf of Cybersecurity and Business Solutions business lines. + **Marketing Program Management:** Develop, drive, and execute marketing and communication initiatives to support the promotion, lead generation, and brand extension for CTG’s U.S. offerings. Develop program timelines that define the work efforts necessary across internal and external teams to accomplish campaigns. Organize and prioritize myriad goals, tactics, and success metrics. + **Demand Generation Strategy Development and Execution:** Generate ideas that can be turned into actionable campaigns to drive practice sales and marketing objectives; define, plan, and execute tactics individually, with other CTG marketers and sales team members, and external contractors/vendors (as needed); facilitate the hand-off process from lead generation to sales follow-up. + **Events Strategy Development and Execution:** Develop event strategies with a primary focus on demand and lead generation, as well as continued brand awareness; coordinate planning and execution in tandem with the Events Specialist. + **Marketing Material Management:** Ensure that all marketing and communication materials remain updated and relevant. Work in close collaboration with marketing content writers and practice delivery, sales, and solutions to ensure the development and availability of all necessary supporting materials. + **Solution and Vertical Knowledge:** Assimilate knowledge and share with marketing and practice leadership to help facilitate ongoing service evolution, market understanding, and potential CTG differentiators. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, business, or another communications-related field. + Minimum five years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing program management in the professional services industry, ideally with service-based marketing experience; ERP and or cybersecurity services or solutions marketing experience, a plus. + Experience targeting clients in energy, healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical market verticals preferred. + Proven experience in campaign and event management, design, and execution; portfolio examples strongly encouraged. + Competence in clear and concise oral and written communication skills. + Competence in project management, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints. + Competence in leveraging technology to efficiently deliver business goals and improved client experience, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite. + Working knowledge of simple graphic manipulation skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator preferred but not required. + Some travel required to attend industry events, marketing team, or practice-related planning meetings; up to 20% annually. **Location and Work Arrangements** + Located near a CTG office (Dallas, TX; Buffalo, NY) + Hybrid work environment role with an expectation that team members will work from the office two days/week; home office three days/week + Standard working hours based on employee’s time zone: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. / 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
