Main Responsabilities:

 

Set clear performance objectives for BERM´s (Business Execution Regional Managers) to ensure alignment and accountability to their key marketing deliverables. Ensure a ‘no compromise’ commitment to quality execution at field level across all facets of our marketing mix.. Support on-going planning across all activation and field marketing personnel to ensure quality planning, delivery and accountability. Conduct on-going evaluation of  field marketing plans, ROI assessments and the creation of case studies. Activation and Field Marketing delivers comprehensive and insightful analysis to support and review our consumer marketing strategies. Collaboration and aligned commitments to excellence exists between Activation, Field teams, Brand & Sales teams, and the Marketing VP.. Follow up on Implementation and execution of BWCP strategies. Provide input based upon his or her expertise or insight into a particular local industry issues. Based upon direction around a consumer context, theme, connection or occasion, identifies potential Marketing Assets opportunities that can meet the brand objective. Support CM-HM sales and brand equity targets by creating and executing a pull strategy for the Regions/Cities - leverage brand positioning, communication, market segmentation and other information regarding products and services to target and generate demand of highly qualified leads.  Iterate on marketing plans as required to drive improvement and efficiencies. Oversee partner-marketing activities and work with Partner managers to assure alignment and successful campaign execution. Harness insights from the Brand Manager, HQ & the field to define strategies & objectives to drive trial & build brand image in its Sales Region. Act as a liaison between HQ Brand Teams & the field to drive alignment around national initiatives, championing national campaigns / programs and driving accountability to delivering on national goals & objectives across field teams for its Sales Region. Take specific ownership of delivering quality execution, ensuring ‘Great People, Great Plans & Quality Execution’ as per national guidelines, informed by direction from HQ Brand teams. Manage creativity and innovation via on-going coaching and clear accountability for each business execution marketing manager to deliver fresh ideas to differentiate our brands and drive trial.

Requirements:

 

University – Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred.

 

Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience, with minimum 2 years at Regional (or National) level.

 

Minimum 2 years of line management experience with expertise in hiring, training, administrating and motivating teams.

 

Innovation and sourcing creativity within marketing: a leader who takes initiative and ownership

 

Working knowledge of the ‘fast moving’ consumer goods industry, including marketing and sales insights preferred

 

Fluent english
