The role is expected to have exposure to and develop expertise in a wide range of tasks supporting various functions in the RX Manila Marketing, Creatives & Analytics Cluster to provide marketing support and execution to ensure the success and high-quality standard of marketing campaigns within the defined timeline.
Responsibilities:
Project coordination and over-all support for any workstream
Have a holistic knowledge & support to different workstreams such as marketing specialist, SEO, PPC & Creatives etc.
Support execution of the marketing plans (all other executions to be delivered by other teams as briefed)
analyze marketing plans and provide strategies on how to improve show support (not limited to the initial ask of the business partners)
briefing, developing, overseeing, project managing and owning the delivery of a multi-channel on and offline marketing plan
liaise with business partners and operations regarding marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals
Identify opportunities on marketing plans, provide recommendations and improvement to the plan
Execute overall plan and reinforce the strategy of the show
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 1 year experience in the marketing field, hands-on experience in marketing platforms is a plus
Must have a strong stakeholder management and project management skills
Knowledge in data extraction and reporting
Demonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and structural changes
Ability to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processes
Passion to develop projects and understanding of the market automation discipline
A friendly attitude and a team player
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to be self-directed
Willing to work on a flexible shift depending on the business needs
