At the Operating Unit AH Nordics, steered out of Copenhagen, we are dedicated to deliver health to animals in Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and implementation of marketing materials in collaboration with core teams. You will be responsible for planning and organizing meetings in cooperation with the field force, ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, you will provide general support to the team; miscellaneous administrative tasks and coordination.
This position is based in Copenhagen (Denmark) and reports directly to Head of Food Producing Animals.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Actively participate in the core team, taking responsibility for marketing and sales materials.
+ Manage the approval process of marketing materials.
+ Oversee the process of managing inventory of marketing materials and handle re-orders.
+ Coordinate the production of all materials across various channels as per the core team activity plan.
+ Administrative tasks such as creation of Purchase Orders, compliance approval, handling of contracts.

+ Structured and detail-oriented personality.
+ Service-oriented mindset and strong team player.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Native or fluent in both English and Danish.
