As a Marketing Apprentice, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and implementing cutting-edge marketing strategies across various platforms. You’ll learn how to check campaign analytics and adjust strategies accordingly, collaborate with creative teams to develop eye-catching visuals for campaigns, present marketing plans, and research emerging technologies for product launches whilst brainstorming innovative ideas.

A day in the life can involve:
- Crafting compelling content for websites, social media, and email campaigns
- Analysing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding marketing results
- Staying ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing and sustainability
- Managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about the latest marketing trends and technologies who have excellent communication skills to be able to craft compelling content and present ideas effectively. You’ll need to be curious and eager to learn with a growth mindset - adaptable and open to feedback to continually improve. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a data-driven problem-solver, able to translate insights into impactful strategies. You’ll naturally be a creative thinker with a collaborative spirit, you’ll work well cross-functionally, contributing your unique perspectives to our dynamic team.

You will gain a vast range of useful experiences and skills whilst working towards the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship standard. As a working student your focus is to complete your studies in your 20% off the job time by learning and developing your skills, knowledge and behaviours to work towards successful graduation. Please note: As part of your off-the-job learning, you may be required to travel to a training centre. This location may differ from your primary work base. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel as part of the apprenticeship programme. You will be set goals by your training provider and manager to support your studies.

You will build your skills over an 18-month period, starting in July. These skills will help you develop personally and professionally. Your apprenticeship will be made up of classroom/virtual based training to cover knowledge, on-the-job training at your Amazon base location, online learning as well as mentoring from our experienced team members.
