Marketing and Administrative Assistant

Our client is leader in their field, and specialise in sustainable design and construction across a range of sectors.  Having recently expanded they are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Marketing and Administration Assistant to join their team.

This a fantastic opportunity for someone with someone with a background in marketing and graphics, who is a self-starter; pays excellent attention to detail and is able to research, write and edit media content.

Key Responsibilities Creating high-quality graphic documents for various mediums, including print and digital platforms Producing marketing materials and graphics utilising the Adobe Suite Liaising with the Design Director, Director of Projects and Communications Consultant to design and produce content for the company website, social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn and X Creating and managing submissions for industry award Managing administrative tasks and daily operations, including reception duties, visitor greeting, dealing with enquiries as necessary and adherence to health and safety protocols Coordinating and maintaining digital filing systems and database Coordinating office meetings and office meeting room diaries, ensuring efficient premises workflow Ordering office supplies including stationery and consumables for office equipment Planning and managing office events and staff tripsSkills and Experience Prior experience in a marketing role, ideally within the design/construction sector Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - naely InDesign adn Photshop Good attnetion to detail Strong communciation skills
