Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a clear marketing and relationship-building strategy that aligns with the organisation’s mission and approach Build and nurture long-term relationships with current and potential donors, guiding them from initial connection to lasting partnerships Lead and manage the communication strategy, handling both strategic and day-to-day external communications Plan and oversee events, including annual activities, specific initiatives, campaigns, and engagement opportunities Oversee the creation of media and digital content that effectively shares the organisation’s vision and impact Provide problem-solving support in other areas as needed Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing / Communications field A minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate strategy into effective execution Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Creativity, initiative, and a proactive mindset Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning attitude Join this team and help to make an even greater impact.
