Job Description

Join us as a Market Supply Coordinator in our multifaceted Operations team at AstraZeneca. This key role acts as the operational point of contact between Operations and Commercial, linking the Marketing Company (MC) and Supply Organisation for Supply and Market Intelligence. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work across two SET areas (Operations & Commercial), facilitating access to patients with our exciting portfolio of new products. The Market Supply Coordinator works in close partnership with the aligned Market Company Account Manager (MCAM) for the relevant markets.

Accountabilities

As a Market Supply Coordinator, you will have end-to-end Supply Chain exposure, with responsibilities including SAP/APO/OMP experience (supply and demand planning), Master Data maintenance, Global metrics exposure (e.g. stock availability / forecast accuracy / stock-outs etc), Commercial Marketing Company interaction, Partner Management, Sales & Operational Planning processes (Coordinate planning - IBP), NPI processes, Demand Management, Forecasting, Supply Planning, and Project Management.

Requirements

Experience and knowledge of Supply Chain planning methodologySAP systems knowledgeForecasting and demand statistical analysisAnalytical and reporting skills, and data interpretationEffective partner and customer leadership skills Confident communication skills, able to negotiate and influence positive outcomesCollaborative working skills, especially across culturesExperience in employing Lean tools to deliver improvementsEnglish (Advanced)

Data science (AI / ML) applications to forecast and demand analysisCommercial / MK experienceAPICs certificationProject Management experience
