Position Summary: As the Regional Market Intelligence Expert, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to drive strategic decisions in the North American region. You will play a key role in understanding competitive dynamics, identifying growth opportunities, and predicting future market trends. Your insights will directly influence product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives tailored to local markets.

 

Role Expectations:

Market expert in market trends, product trends, competitor product introductions, new product developments, competitive landscape. Emerging market understanding of key players, new product, and impact for future business. Internal support across all BL’s (CVS, Passenger Car, Industrial).

 

Position Responsibilities:

Monitor and provide competitor and product analysis to assist in Sales and Category Management.   Responsible to create and execute monthly Executive Summary by BL, by country of market data. Provide market intelligence for market share, aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position, competitor initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with industry experts, market research firms, and other stakeholders to gather comprehensive market insights. Work with global team to ensure information and data gathering is uniform across all regions. 5% travel required.

 

Essential Skills and Experience:

BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience. 3-7 years industry specific experience Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills. Must be proficient in PowerBI Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
