What the job involves: 

We are looking for an intern in Project Delivery to join our Project and Development Services Team. This position will gain experience with multiple service lines within the account’s regional execution team, with focus on Project Delivery, but possibly also including Facility Management & Engineering, Occupancy Planning, Market Planning, Finance, Business Intelligence/data analytics or other functions. 

As an Intern in Market Planning at JLL, you will:  

Data Management, Analysis & Strategy Development 

Data Management and Auditing 

Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate data for use in creation of corporate real estate strategic plans 

Evaluate real estate and occupancy alternatives; define and execute relevant qualitative and quantitative analysis 

Performance Management 

Management of real estate strategy database/forecasting tool 

Continuously review and analyze data as part of an opportunity assessment to drive higher asset performance 

Manage performance of regional real estate portfolios through recurring analyses/meetings and ad-hoc requests 

Client Development & Presentation 

Understand key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish own work 

Build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers 

Assist with preparation of deliverables for client 

Respond to general requests from team and client

Adept at learning new programs – position may require one to learn a variety of real estate related software applications.
