The Market Development Lead will be responsible for driving product marketing strategies and programs consistent with overall business objectives in one segment, utilizing traditional and innovative marketing/product approaches, tools and methodologies.
This role is Territory aligned so preference is candidates in the Northeast Region

Translate the marketing plan to specific marketing activities to carry out the plan for assigned regionDrives the execution of consistent, effective communication with the regional sales teamsIntimate regional customer knowledge of their experience with divisions productsMaintain customer engagement and deeply understands customer needsPlay a role in developing key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etcUnderstand competitive dynamics in the marketUnderstand what customers value and how they perceive different attributes of the product or portfolioCreate marketing strategies to understand, develop, and enhance the relationship between the customer and the product or portfolioTie the business goal of the product or portfolio to the overall goal of StrykerSynthesize market trends and make recommendations on areas of strategic focusDevelop new strategies, sales tools, and communication plans for the product or portfolioArticulate desired communications outcomes consistent with marketing strategy to MarComm teamWhat you need (Required)
Bachelor’s degree required4+ years of work experience requiredHealthcare/Medical Device experience requiredWhat you need (Preferred)
2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferredMBA preferred*$85,500 - $182,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.*
