We are seeking a dynamic and strategic **Market Developer** to join our Biologicals team. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning our business strategies with our short and medium-term growth plans. You will provide tactical direction for implementing marketing actions and be responsible for creating comprehensive plans, including: + **Demand Generation Plan:** Drive demand through innovative strategies. + **Knowledge Plan:** Support the growth and development of Sales Representatives and main distribution channels. + **Marketing Plan:** Focus on key crops and products to maximize market impact. + **Relationship Plan:** Build and maintain strong relationships with consultancies, adhering to country guidelines. As a Market Developer, you will act as a commercial business partner, collaborating on strategies and actions. You will also provide technical support to Sales Representatives and maintain a field presence in priority actions with channels, current, and new customers. Location: + Murcia Requirements: + Degree in Agronomy + At least 3 years of experience in demand generation with crops cultivated in their working area + Proficient in Spanish, fluent in English will be a plus + Effective use of computers and MS Office.
