Marine Customer Service Agent with Greek and English

A member of the Cruise Line Customer Service Europe Team is a vital partner in delivering customer satisfaction to a special customer group within institutional: river and ocean cruisers. The team services customer portfolios in the UK, Norway, Italy and Germany.

Become part of a dynamic end to end team. We are proud of being responsible for the full process, from new customer set-up until invoicing and use EBS SAP and BCM. We are in touch with both division and customer by email/phone/Teams chat to make sure we reach our goals. We truly believe that our service is highly valued by our partners in the division and the customers.

What You'll do

Handle incoming requests from customers and salesPlace equipment and chemical orders on time in SAPCoordinate domestic and international shipmentsProactively communicate changes and delays to orders and find alternate delivery solutions in case of failureOrganize regular service including registration of technicians to ships and harbour agent/authoritiesCoordinate and solve emergency service requestsOrganize rush orders with communication to sales and customersDeal with customer complaints, including invoicing disputesGenerate invoices, credit and debit notes, pro forma invoices, shipping notes for special deliveriesParticipate in process documentation and improvements
 

What You'll need

Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spokenPrevious experience in Customer ServiceFamiliarity with SAP is considered an advantageExcellent written communication and telephone skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detailDemonstrated sense of ownershipCapability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyCompetence in collaborating with staff across the organizationAbility to enhance work efficiency through strong working relationships and a good understanding of processes
