Minimum requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma or other relevant qualification in Maritime field is required  Minimum 3+ years' experience in day-to-day operations and facilities of the Yacht Marina Basin & Canal, Operational Management, maintenance, supervision, and control of the Yacht Marina & Canal. Financial Management and administrational  Experience in have leasing, office administration, must do report writing when the manager is on leave, as well as run the office in his absence highly advantageous Strong verbal and written communication must have the ability to deal with stakeholders both internally and externally as well as subcontractors Apply OSH Act requirements and administer and enforce marine regulations to Marina and Canal tenants Manage budget according to departmental targets, issue invoices and manage debt/accounts receivable as well as manage and monitor cash deposits and Bank Guarantees Daily review of marina and canal activities, yacht and vessel movements, maintenance, lease expiry etc Physical fitness is essential to perform daily duties effectively Must be proficient in English Valid driver's license is required Computer literacy on MS Office, MDA/MRI invoicing is required  Consultant: Tiara Naidoo - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
