Manufacturing Test Engineer I

Join a team that designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, as well as design test fixtures and equipment. You will provide test areas with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed, and compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. You will collaborate with other experienced engineers in an interdisciplinary company that applies best practices to achieve world-class results. JOB DUTIES:
 

Define, communicate, and track CMO requirements for the design, manufacturing, transportation, evaluation methods, and acceptance criteria of test equipment. Perform repairs on test equipment and support test technicians with technical knowledge for troubleshooting and repair. Coordinate with the test leader on programs, procedures, spare parts, and schedules for preventive maintenance. Propose improvements and new equipment for products, ensuring alignment with requirements and requesting resources in coordination with the department lead. Directly responsible for product transfers or the introduction of test equipment for new products, ensuring they meet requirements for yield, OA (Outgoing Audit), documentation, spare parts lists, and necessary training—always coordinated with the department lead.



YOU MUST HAVE:
 

Proficiency in TestStand, Borland, and C#, with experience in automated test system development. Hands-on experience with ICT equipment and electrical test instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters). 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing test environment, ideally in electronics or electromechanics. Intermediate English proficiency for technical communication and documentation. Strong skills in Excel and Minitab for data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).

Availability to work in a support role, including flexibility for off-shift or on-call coverage if needed.
