• Setting up and running equipment for production within a cleanroom environment.
• Maintain electronic records of production materials and equipment, performing routine troubleshooting of production equipment, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams including Engineering, EHS, QA, and other production teams to achieve site goals
• Ensuring safety is the top priority in all processes and procedures to maintain a controlled and contamination-free manufacturing environment.
This role is for 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm.

Performs work from detailed instructions and maintains daily production output with accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required.

From detailed instructions, set up or modify equipment, calibrate, perform maintenance and operate equipment (mainly routine tests & manufacturing operations).
Under supervision, performs routine troubleshooting of process or equipment. Brings equipment irregularities to the attention of the supervisor.
Use Lean tools to improve established processes and metrics in daily work.

Required QualificationsAssociates degree in Applied Sciences (or local equivalent 2 year degree), OR a High School diploma/GED (or local equivalent) and 2 years technical experience.
Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information.
Ability to communicate in local language (English).
Demonstrated proficiency to utilize computerized work.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Being able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in a clean room environment including wearing the required PPE for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications and ExperienceBasic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process
Demonstrated experience working in quality-controlled environment, specifically FDA-regulated medical product manufacturing or another relevant environment
Demonstrated strong problem-solving / equipment troubleshooting skills
Mechanical, facilities and/or maintenance experience
Experience working in a cleanroom environment
Lean / Six Sigma experience

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
