You’ll be:** - Developing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. - Analyzing process-related issues using data and leading new process development initiatives. - Providing daily support to manufacturing areas and utilizing automated/semi-automated/manual assembly equipment and wave solder processes. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** - Hold an Associate degree in an Engineering discipline (preferred). - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in manufacturing. - Possess solid mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and/or Pro-E (a plus). - Are knowledgeable in Six Sigma/Lean tools and have strong Microsoft Office and computer skills. - Can analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to determine root causes and identify solutions. **What happens next** Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
