Manufacturing Technician
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Pay: $25-35

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the fabrication and validation of critical flight hardware, including mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, and flight Ground Support Equipment, adhering to associated flight drawings, procedures, quality standards, and internal training. You will assist engineers in the manufacture and test infrastructure development of flight/prototype hardware, document assembly and test procedures, and perform other specified tasks. Additionally, you will identify and communicate non-conformances to engineering and quality assurance, work with facilities and maintenance to ensure timely repair and maintenance of production equipment, and collaborate with manufacturing engineering to optimize manufacturing orders and ensure process instructions are understood.

This role operates in a clean room environment. Contract employees are not offered holiday or vacation benefits at any level. Technologies and equipment used include various hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment. The team is currently working on the IROSA satellite for NASA. Benefits for this role include a 401k plan, immediate vacation upon signing, an 8% yearly performance-based bonus, and full benefits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
