Job Description:

Location: Odenton, Maryland

CoWorx Staffing is currently looking for Manufacturing Technicians in the Odenton, MD area!

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of urethane molding equipment. This individual will be responsible for adhering to a production schedule, while ensuring product quality and machine uptime.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all regulatory and safety compliance for all processes related to and supporting the production area.
• Read and follow job travelers, work instructions and molding procedures.
• Must be able to read blueprints for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
• Mold Technician must be able to blend resins and curatives accordingly to compound formula.
• Knowledge of inspection tools such as durometers, calipers and thermometers.

Desired Background/Skills:

• English language proficiency is required for this role
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Schedule:
• Monday- Friday
• 7:00am- 3:30pm

Pay:
• $18/hr.
