We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to resolve equipment issues and maintenance works. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Performs equipment/facility maintenance works such as PM/CM/AM etc. + Works with engineering team and production team to fix equipment issues on time and work on improvement activities with the team to reduce equipment failures. + Coordinates with engineers/ production supervisors/ EHS team for efficient project execution to meet production requirement, project schedule & quality standard. + In-charge of tool utilization, handles spare parts management and drives equipment improvements. + Works with EA/ engineers/ vendors/ contractors in implementing contract services/projects. + Implements rework process for production failures. + Performs other duties as assigned; duties will vary according to the project progress or specific goals to the business unit. + Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reports unsafe work conditions and provides suggestions in improving safety/health at work, as needed. **Who You Are:** You focus on priorities and set stretch goals.
