Our client, a leading digital healthcare company, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead (2nd Shift) to join their team. As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will be part of the production environment supporting a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have teamwork, dependability, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Team Lead (2nd Shift)

Location: Cypress, CA

Pay Rate: $25/hr

What's the Job?

Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards to ensure compliance. Communicate regularly with assemblers to inform, answer questions, and provide direction to meet production and quality requirements. Train and mentor team members to foster a cohesive and empowered work environment. Assist in creating a culture of continuous improvement and drive the company towards becoming a learning organization. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while executing effective production plans to meet daily schedules.

What's Needed?

Minimum 3 years of production process experience or related experience in a medical device or manufacturing environment. Computer proficiency required; data entry experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage scheduling and planning. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office applications. Ability to adapt and manage unexpected situations effectively.
