Schedule: Monday - Friday - 5:00am - 1:30 pm (OT mandatory once a month)

What you will do –

As a Team Lead you will assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.

Responsible for tracking and updating on relevant metrics (as needed) and recording/tracking efficiency issues or concernsProvides direction and guidance to employees in area of responsibilityPartners with supervisor to ensure all team members are adequately trained and maintain completed competencies and ensure all employees are following standardized work and completing quality records accuratelyResolves technical and/or resource issues on the line in regard to equipment, process and people as much as possibleInvests in employee involvement and development by being responsible and accountable, being passionate towards the success of the business, treating all with dignity and respect and by fostering personal growthResponsible for line/area/cell performance to targetsStrives for operational excellence by promoting a team-based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement and 5S, participating in safety programs, and regularly providing ideas for process improvement or cost reduction Promotes a continuous improvement culture through a team focus on safety, product quality, employee engagement and productivity in order to deliver the highest quality product to customersMeets goals as defined within Stryker key success factors of Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial ResultsLeads small production team within one manufacturing line in relation to cell needs at the production levelCommitted to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance team's performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria
