As, a Manufacturing Specialist Production Supervision, you will be responsible for:

Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.

Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.

Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.

Leads a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 0.5 million.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the Engineering field, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.

Fluency in Italian and English is required

Strong oral and written communication skills and a strong interpersonal and leadership skills would be a plus

Ability to work independently having  a strong problem solving skills is desiderable
