We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Shift Supervisor to oversee and guide our manufacturing activities and personnel. Join us if you want to make the difference. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Monitor and supervise manufacturing activities and personnel to fulfill the Supply Chain Management (SCM) schedule. + Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines. + Actively participate in investigation teams to address and resolve issues. + Implement continuous improvement activities in the manufacturing department to meet relevant targets. + Drive talent management initiatives to develop and retain manufacturing personnel.
