**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Are you a motivated professional with a passion for excellence in manufacturing? We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Shift Supervisor to oversee and guide our manufacturing activities and personnel. In this role, you will ensure that our market supply needs, and quality standards are consistently met. You will also coordinate manufacturing processes to optimize asset capacity utilization in alignment with our network strategy. Join us and play a key role in driving our operational success!
This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Monitor and supervise manufacturing activities and personnel to fulfill the Supply Chain Management (SCM) schedule.
+ Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
+ Actively participate in investigation teams to address and resolve issues.
+ Implement continuous improvement activities in the manufacturing department to meet relevant targets.
+ Drive talent management initiatives to develop and retain manufacturing personnel.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM**
+ University Diploma or equivalent in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacology, or a related field.
+ Minimum 2 years of working experience in an industry environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, or alternatively, in the food processing industry.
+ At least 1 year of experience in managing people or project teams.
+ Proficiency in working with SAP and/or other Manufacturing Execution Systems.
+ Fluent (native) in both English and Greek.
+ Strong customer service mindset, effective decision-making, and planning skills.
+ Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage conflicts effectively.
