**Manufacturing/Service Engineer** We’re seeking a dedicated Manufacturing/Service Engineer to develop and refine manufacturing processes while providing exceptional technical support. In this role, you'll design and implement production workflows, troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and efficiency. You’ll also engage directly with customers to resolve service-related challenges and ensure their satisfaction. Open to: Candidates with ITE/technical certifications + strong relevant experience. Advantageous: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field. **Experience:** Minimum 2–5 years in manufacturing, production support, or service engineering. Familiarity with ERP systems, technical documentation, root cause analysis. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (advantage). Prior customer interaction or on-site service work (advantage). **Responsibilities** Apply technical foundation to manufacturing/service engineering tasks. Analyze data to identify trends and implement practical solutions for production and service performance improvement. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with customers. Support continuous improvement initiatives. **EHS Responsibilities:** Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company EHS policies, and maintain relevant documentation. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues, evaluate risks, and propose corrective actions.
