Insitu has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Repair Technician for a contractor to work onsite in Bingen, WA. This role will be responsible for:
Building, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and integrating system modules, subsystems, air vehicles and ground control station (GCS) systems.
Performing troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of product and test equipment.
Build, repair, troubleshoot, and test electro-mechanic assemblies including cables and PCBs.
Assist with pilot builds of new products and documents procedural and fixturing requirements for manufacturing application.
Review and complete business and required documentation, including technical work instructions, check lists, quality documentation.
Use and maintain hand and/or power tools.
Perform minor cosmetic touch up work including painting and surface repairs of carbon and metal structures.
Assist and/or perform engine testing including but not limited to acceptance test procedure, fuel consumption measurement, limited troubleshooting and repair of field equipment.
Required Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related experience.
Knowledge of parts, materials and processes related to electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical and electro-optical components.
This is an onsite role, must be able to work 100% in Bingen, WA.
