Requirements

  

Ensure monthly KPI’s of manufacturing performance.Maintain production meeting rhythms to drive accountability and consistency.Create and manage effective scheduling practices to ensure customer demands are fulfilled for all products.Optimize labor cost and workflow.Implement SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) principles to reduce changeover times.Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal operational efficiency.Share Best Practices between Manufacturing Lines (Cells)

Desired Characteristics:

Ability to handle fast-paced changes and adapt to evolving production needs.Strong analytical skills for measuring and improving labor costs and inventory management.Proven ability to implement effective processes for team productivity.Able to understand complex automation technology and how it works.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or business.3+ years of experience in a production management role.U.S. citizenship or green card holder required.
