We're seeking production Lab Techs for our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, Texas.   2nd Shift Hours (with extra differential pay):   Sundays-Thursdays   4:00 pm - 12:30 am  $15.50/hr starting base pay for entry level PLUS additional 10% shift differential pay, extra BI-WEEKLY bonus opportunities, awesome PTO & other benefits!   Our associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on their assigned department and lab needs.  Production Lab Techs help expedite job orders throughout the manufacturing process in a timely and efficient manner in order to serve our customers.   Opportunities include stockroom work/picking, machine operation and lens handling in our Surface and AR (anti-reflective) departments, lens mounting, tinting and inspection, shipping duties. + No specific education level required. + Prior experience in manufacturing, production work, assembly, warehouse, order picking, machine operation beneficial. + No optical experience is required but would be desirable. + Must be able to read and write English.
