Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly line manufacturing processes, specifically within the diagnostic devices sector. You will be responsible for drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production work instructions, and managing change control and document control systems.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve assembly line manufacturing processes, with a preference for experience in diagnostic devices.Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production work instructions.Manage change control systems, with ETS preferred.Oversee document control systems, with Veeva Vault preferred.Interpret and apply product and parts drawings and specifications accurately.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.Proficiency in process improvement and risk assessment.Experience in creating SOPs and drafting work instructions.Understanding of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in regulated industries, with a preference for diagnostic devices.Familiarity with risk assessment methods such as dFMEA and pFMEA.Knowledge of Product Life Management software, preferably Salesforce Propel.Ability to work well in a team, take direction, and work independently.Strong communication skills.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
