Manufacturing Planner Job Description + Backlog and shipment management to ensure meeting OTD and shipment revenue plan + Support manufacturing to meet all test out plan and KPI goals of unit cost, LOH and cost saving + In-house production line planning and test WIP management + Drive critical tester OEE improvement + FPO issuance - issue Marking for non-Top Marked lots + Require presenting shipment update in daily meeting and Operation Meeting + Test WIP management - track all the test WIP closely and work with BU planning, production and engineering for disposition.
