In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Responsible for producing daily requirements per direction/schedule  Set up and teardown of SMD feeders and trolleys  Set up and operate SMD, glue dot and quality inspection (SPI, AOI) equipment.  Set up and operate selective solder equipment (supervise preheat temperatures, wave height, and fluxer).  Set up and operate Automatic Insertion (AI) equipment.  Set up and operate PWA washing equipment  Collaborate with technicians, process engineers and internal customers as required  Will help establish, understand, and collect data for team metrics as required  Participation in Lean Manufacturing initiatives     Navigate PC/software as required including SAP, Juki, YesTech, Aegis, Cogiscan, Proficy  Prepare, inspect, and touch up conformal coated PWAs. Use work order information and drawings to ensure accurate boards are coated to desired specifications   Adherence to all quality standards  Actively involved in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen  Complete duties of Manufacturing Operator I as needed  Complete all assigned training and maintain any certifications as required including quality IPC Level 2C

For This Role, You Will Need: 

High school diploma or GED  Prior experience in operating automated equipment  Work optimally in a team environment, effective communication skills  Proven mechanical and/or electronic ability  Ability to work with minimum supervision  Physical demands: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.  Must be able to distinguish colors  Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite  Available to attend off-site training
