Manufacturing Operator
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Manufacturing Operator for our Scientific partner in Eugene, OR. Schedule: M - F 8 am - 5 pm Pay Rate: The wage for this position is between $18 and $19 Responsible for the final packaging of various product lines for the Biotech industry. Employees execute production processes by strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction Documents. The role involves routine tasks with occasional deviations, requiring moderate complexity. Precision is essential as errors could lead to significant interpretative issues. **Job Duties:** + Operate and/or monitor production equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results in the work area. + Collaborate with other technicians to perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products. + Comprehend production paperwork including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, labor sheets, product fill checks, and torque checks. + Follow manufacturing paperwork meticulously without deviations from instructions. + Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely. + Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures. + Follow ISO 13485 guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware, or equipment as required. + Effectively communicate and collaborate with work groups to ensure task and project completion. + Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. + Be flexible to work overtime and varying shifts. **Experience Needed:** + High school diploma or GED required. + Previous production or laboratory exposure is advantageous but not required. + Proficiency in basic packaging techniques, equipment operation, and protocol record retention. + Comfortable with chemical handling. + Strong computational skills. + Ability to execute instructions precisely without deviation.
