Requirements of Manufacturing Operator: -Set-up and operate manufacturing equipment -Measure scopes for critical dimensions utilizing drawings and screen printers -Handle chemicals and inks to performs tasks -Update timesheets and create work logs -Perform alignments and breakdowns -Complete printing and firing tasks -Perform quality inspections -Other related tasks as assigned Requirements of Manufacturing Operator: -Minimum High School Diploma -At least 2 years experience in manufacturing environment -1+ year screen-printing experience preferred -Past experience using microscopes and hand tools -Able to read and work off of prints and specifications -Good computer skills -Able to work independently -Great attention to detail Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday Pay Rate: $20.91-$21.77/hr Job Requirements It is the policy of The Alpha Group, Inc.
