Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Bothell, WA. This role is critical in the production environment, requiring precise attention to detail and the ability to work with various hand tools. This is a full-time position with a shift from Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. There is a potential for this position to become a temp-to-hire role based on performance and business needs.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble, align, and test complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, mechanical, and electronic subassemblies according to product diagrams, schematics, or samples.Clean and prepare parts for assembly.Select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters.Grasp, hold, and manipulate small objects repeatedly and for long durations.Read and interpret production or engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, test instructions, assembly drawings, work orders, procedures, and safety rules.Determine sequence of operations from sketches, samples, and written/oral instructions.Inspect and test to specifications and record results.Assist in other operational areas as needed, including assembly or other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMinimum 1 year of directly applicable experience as an Electro-Mechanical assembler.Ability to select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters.Ability to grasp, hold, and manipulate small objects repeatedly and for long durations.Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in the English language.High School diploma or equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsSkills in operating computers and common software to use workplace systems.Ability to lift up to 15 lbs frequently, up to 40 lbs regularly, and up to 60 lbs occasionally.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work overtime if needed.Ability to work full-time hours.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a production setting that requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Duties involve regular sitting, handling, fingering, and feeling, with occasional walking and standing. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and color vision. The role demands good eye-hand coordination and the ability to get along with co-workers, peers, and upper management. The dress code includes PPE as required by the tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of Bothell, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
