You will be operating various types of machinery and forming carbon filters.

Forming filters by loading and dipping them into a liquid bathCuring filters in an oven and then turning them down in a turning machineCutting filters down to size on an automatic sawInspection and quality checks on filters using equipment such as a linear gage and ring gage.It will be a very physical position and must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Involves regular pulling, tugging, pushing, and reaching during the manufacturing process.Willing to train the right people that have backgrounds doing physical labor.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): (Shift times can vary)

2nd shift: 2:30pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday8% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $17.50 to 19.50/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
