What You'll Do as a Skilled Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Mechanic:

Operate and maintain production machineryPerform preventative maintenance and troubleshootingPrepare, measure, and weigh materials to batch chemicalsManually load and unload productsNavigate and interact with PLC touchscreensEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsImplement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiencyAssist with process improvement initiativesMaintain a clean and safe work environment

Work Experience

What You'll Need:

Willingness and ability to travel internationally by Sept. 30th (passport required)5+ years of manufacturing experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent; preference for candidates with college degree or related technical certificationProficiency in manufacturing equipment operation and troubleshootingStrong MS Office skillsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles and Good Manufacturing PracticesAbility to read blueprints and CAD drawingsSkilled in using handheld tools, diagnostic equipment, and assembling/modifying machineryExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills Include:

Experience in 5S, lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or value stream mappingProficiency with production tracking platforms (e.g., Netsuite, SAP)Experience in the textile industryISO 9001-2008 certification or trainingWelding and machining experience
