In this position... 

As Ford’s manufacturing internal communications specialist, you will lead hourly employee communications and engagements that deliver on Manufacturing objectives. This includes pioneering new employee communication channels and playing a leadership role in planning and executing major events across the Americas, like Family Open Houses, #WeAreFord Days, executive visits and more. You will also lead executive communications for Ford’s vice president, Americas Manufacturing.
