We are seeking a motivated and talented Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, work on real-world projects, and contribute to the efficiency and quality of our production processes.

Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and product quality.Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.Prepare technical reports and documentation.Participate in project meetings and provide input on project progress.Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Minitab.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with real-world manufacturing projects.Mentorship from experienced professionals.Flexible work hours to accommodate your academic schedule.Opportunity to work on impactful projects.
