\t\t\t\t\tPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Training Coordinator to develop, implement, and oversee training programs for spacecraft manufacturing. This role ensures that all manufacturing personnel are properly trained in processes, procedures, and industry standards, promoting efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Training Program Development & Implementation:•\tDesign, develop, and implement training programs for spacecraft manufacturing personnel, focusing on assembly, integration, testing, and quality control.•\tCreate training materials, including manuals, work instructions, and hands-on demonstrations.•\tDevelop and manage onboarding training for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the manufacturing environment.•\tCompliance & Standards Adherence:•\tEnsure training aligns with industry standards such as AS9100, NASA, and DoD requirements.•\tMaintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including OSHA guidelines.•\tWork with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure training programs address evolving process changes and requirements.Training Delivery & Evaluation:•\tConduct hands-on training sessions, classroom-style training, and online learning modules.•\tEvaluate employee proficiency through assessments, practical demonstrations, and certification programs.•\tIdentify skill gaps and recommend additional training to enhance workforce capabilities.Process Improvement & Documentation:•\tContinuously improve training methodologies and materials based on feedback and best practices.•\tMaintain detailed training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.•\tDevelop metrics to measure training effectiveness and report on workforce readiness.Cross-Functional Collaboration:•\tPartner with manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure training aligns with production goals.•\tWork with HR and leadership to identify career development opportunities for manufacturing employees.•\tSupport lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives through targeted training.Qualifications & Experience:•\tBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent working experience , manufacturing, education, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.•\t3+ years of experience in training coordination or manufacturing operations, preferably in aerospace or spacecraft manufacturing.•\tStrong understanding of spacecraft manufacturing processes, including assembly, integration, and testing.•\tExperience with AS9100, NASA, or DoD standards in a manufacturing environment.•\tProficiency in training development tools, learning management systems (LMS), and digital training platforms.•\tExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.•\tAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with shifting priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
