Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvements and delivery enhancements in a light-alloy casting environment. This role will focus on eliminating production arrears, tracking, and documenting process improvements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties:
* Implement process improvements to enhance delivery performance.
* Document, track, and recover from arrears positions in production.
* Develop and apply continuous improvement techniques to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
* Knowledge of light-alloy casting processes.
* Strong ability to interact with suppliers to resolve engineering and process issues.
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering or related field.
* Experience in management or leadership roles within a manufacturing setting.
