In this role, you’ll work on optimizing our logistics flow to meet customer needs and contribute to the success of our production teams. As part of the Manufacturing Engineering Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting and collaborating with engineers and material handling teams. In this role, you will bring the following: **Required knowledge, experience, education** : + A Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering/Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. + Preferred 3+ years of experience in manufacturing processes within the heavy equipment industry. + Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. **Success Factors** : + Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. + Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. + Organized, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire others. + A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement. + Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Agile. **What's in it for you?** We are pleased to offer a solid package of compensation and benefits.
