1.负责装配与测试工艺过程设计,开发相关夹具,对影响一次合格率的问题能快速响应及提供有效的解决方案。
2.按质量体系要求编写装配与测试工艺文件，包括：SOP，WI，PFMEA，CP, PFC等, 并要求对装配测试工艺的潜在失效模式分析中所列出的高风险项目采取必要的纠正行动。
3.负责装配与测试新工艺与设备的调研和验证。
4.负责装配测试工艺持续改善，生产区域的布局设计,人机工程应用，线平衡优化及Poka-Yoke防错设计等，确保运营的安全、质量、交付和效率等绩效。
5.负责产线装配测试的日常技术支持及故障解决，确保产品装配线和测试台的正常运行。
6.参与和管理工艺变更控制项目和工艺改进项目。
7.领导或参与解决与装配与测试相关的客户投诉。
8.负责过程能力及产能分析。
1.机械工程及液压相关专业，5年以上液压设计或装配测试工艺等相关工作经验
2.熟悉体系工具，如：IATF16949, SOP, PFMEA, CP, problem solving skills等
3.英文良好，读写可以作为工作语言
