Position required to control, improve, and provide technical support to ensure that the process meets quality, reliability, and performance standards in anodizing lines.
What you can look forward to as Manufacturing Anodizing Engineer
• Develop & maintain updated documentation in shopfloor.
• Conduct PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential risks in manufacturing processes.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with core team to develop actions to keep KPIs into target.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Provides day to day technical support to production line.
• Implementation of saving projects.
• Management and administration of contractors.
• Understand, support, implement, and guarantee the compliance of company procedures and policies.
Your Profile as Manufacturing Anodizing Engineer
1. 1-3 years of experience in electrochemical processes (anodizing or galvanic).
2. Knowledge in mechanics, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
3. Strong knowledge in Core tools (PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP & APQP).
4. Continuous improvement experience preferred (Six Sigma, Lean).
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in oral and written form.
6. Conversational / Advanced English.
