What you will do

Manage daily technical support for the Stax production line. Performing trouble shooting.Work with operators, supervisors, and managers to improve the quality, efficiency, safety, and 5S performance of the production line.Handle customer complaints and develop preventive measures; perform internal no-conformance investigations.Ability to supervise process and teams. Deploy training plans to promote flexibility.Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure, Job Safety Analysis for working positions.Record work orders in the system.Use lean tools and participate in projects for continuous improvement.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor and manager.

Who you are

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials, 1-3 yeas manufacturing experience.Ability to lead a team to solve technical problems.Proven track record in handling problems independently.Clear thinking, able to dig out patterns from data and phenomena and find the root cause of abnormalities.Good communication skills.Good English skill is preferred.More than 1 year experience in plastic welding manufacturing is preferred.
