Identify and solve production problems that negatively impact product quality and/or throughputDirect major equipment overhauls and auditsConduct training sessions for supervisors and mechanics on equipment operation and set upWork with suppliers to specify, develop, and debug new products, production equipment, and manufacturing linesAssist in the design and modification of complex tooling required to produce new and innovative productsConduct equipment buyoffs to ensure capability, efficiencies, and product specifications are metWhat you need to have:
High School diploma required; BS in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering preferred6+ months of proven mechanical experience requiredSkilled with computer software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCADWillingness to travel 30% of the time or as neededExperience with oxidizers or ovens a plusWho We Are:
