Manufacturing Engineer
Resideo
Develops and maintains control over labor standards for manufacturing operations. Verifies compliance with production processes and suggests improvements in work methods or operation sequences to enhance productivity. Resolves technical issues and develops projects for assigned processes and products. Responsible for the design and implementation of fixtures and tools for production lines/cells.
**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Responsible for process KPIs related to the assigned product, scrap control, yield improvements, rejection analysis, cost reduction, and process enhancements, including rework instructions.
+ Develops process documentation that meets manufacturing standards.
+ Supports the quality management system by participating in the development of PFMEA, control plans, and control sheets.
+ Designs fixtures and tools for production lines/cells.
+ Maintains effective and constant communication with different areas to ensure efficient teamwork for project completion.
+ Supports the introduction of new products by designing manufacturing workstations.
+ Provides training and awareness to personnel on objectives, goals, aspects, impacts, improvements, and operational controls to raise environmental awareness.
+ Actively participates in the 5S+1 Program, ensuring compliance with program regulations and carrying out required activities as Auditor, Coordinator, Leader, or Committee member.
+ Actively participates in Safety and Environmental Systems, ensuring compliance with system requirements and carrying out involved activities.
+ Performs work safely, efficiently, and ethically.
+ Undertakes other activities assigned by management to support company operations.
+ Conducts oneself according to quality policy guidelines.
+ Understands relevant quality objectives and actively participates in achieving them.
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
+ Proficiency in written and spoken English to effectively communicate and document processes.
+ Proven experience in innovation projects, demonstrating the ability to develop and implement new ideas and solutions.
+ Hands-on experience with wave soldering processes, including parameter control, preventive maintenance, and defect analysis
